Information we receive
When you submit an assessment request, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, claim type and the summary you provide. We may also receive limited technical information, such as the visit source and campaign name when available.
How we use the information
We use the information to review the initial request, respond to you, arrange an assessment appointment and improve how requests are received. Submitting the form does not mean that the matter has been accepted and does not create a contractual relationship.
Visit source and request measurement
During the browsing session, the website may temporarily retain visit-source information such as campaign name, medium, terms and advertising click identifiers when available. This information is submitted with an assessment request to help identify its source and measure campaign effectiveness. It does not include the substance of your claim unless you submit that information through the form.
Third-party analytics or advertising-retargeting tools will not be activated unless they are appropriately configured, this notice is updated and a choice or consent mechanism is provided where required.
Supporting services and sharing
Information may pass through technical service providers required to operate the website, email and appointment booking, including Google Calendar and the form delivery service. Claim details are not shared with another professional service provider unless this becomes necessary and the appropriate arrangements have been completed with you.
Retention and protection
We take reasonable steps to protect contact information and retain it for as long as needed to review and follow up the request and meet relevant professional or regulatory requirements. We then delete it or restrict its use when it is no longer required.
